Can you book more than One Cleaning Service?

Yes, we take more than one booking but the other booking has to be for another service type or date
Can you cancel a service booking?

Yes, you are able to cancel anytime but you need to notify us via Email or Phone Number. Failure to do so will lead to a cancellation fee after the 12 hour grace period. $25 Cad per hour after the Grace Period.
How does the pricing work?

The pricing works via SNS, Email, or Phone Call. A discussion of what needs to be cleaned is needed along with how big the building is, then a negotiation can begin after all the information is provided.
How can I book JNR Cleaning Service?

We can be booked by our website, or by our Phone Number: +1-780-222-8236, and if needed our email at: jnrgeneralcleaning@gmail.com Our website is there for web searches and primarily act as a standard booking service site, but the price negotiation is done in separately.
Do you clean outside of Edmonton?

No, however it depends on how far the city is from Edmonton which can result in an additional fee if approved for cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel any services JNR Cleaning Services need to be notified within 12 hours of booking a service, failure to do so will lead to a fee comparable to the time it took to cancel after the 12 hour grace period
